The Regional Vice President - Northeast based in United States is seeking an experienced SaaS sales leader to drive regional growth for an innovative enterprise technology business. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee regional sales strategy, revenue growth, and leadership development

  2. Ensure strong execution across enterprise accounts

  3. Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Directors and sales leaders

  4. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies

  5. Drive adoption of enterprise sales methodologies

  6. Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain exceptional sales leadership talent

  7. Engage directly with strategic customers and support complex enterprise sales opportunities

  8. Provide executive leadership with accurate forecasts, market insights, performance analysis, and risk mitigation strategies

  9. Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

  10. Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, remove execution barriers, and enhance customer outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including experience managing first-line sales leaders

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within high-growth enterprise software environments

  • Experience building and scaling regional sales organizations serving Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 customers

  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Force Management

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain successful sales leadership teams

  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

  • Deep understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, data security, AI security, or related enterprise technology markets

  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and operational management capabilities

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a builder-oriented mindset

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions
