Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales, operations, and business development.
  • Manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop branch managers and regional teams.
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, gross margin, fill rate, client retention, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Identify market opportunities and execute regional growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of staffing industry experience, including multi-branch leadership.
  • Proven success in light industrial staffing, sales leadership, and P&L management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
