Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales, operations, and business development.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
- Achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Recruit, coach, and develop branch managers and regional teams.
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, gross margin, fill rate, client retention, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards.
- Identify market opportunities and execute regional growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of staffing industry experience, including multi-branch leadership.
- Proven success in light industrial staffing, sales leadership, and P&L management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
