Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 5 Regional Directors across the U.S.
- Create a culture of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the company GTM leadership for seamless customer experiences

- Recruit, retain, and develop talent, from leaders to account executives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in second or third line SaaS sales leadership
- Proven success in leading teams to exceed quotas in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Experience with product-led sales teams and complex technical products
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, remote setting
- Demonstrated growth mindset with a focus on data-driven solutions
