Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of 5 Regional Directors across the U.S.
  • Create a culture of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement

  • Recruit, retain, and develop talent, from leaders to account executives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in second or third line SaaS sales leadership
  • Proven success in leading teams to exceed quotas in a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Experience with product-led sales teams and complex technical products
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, remote setting
  • Demonstrated growth mindset with a focus on data-driven solutions

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
