We need to output only HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented details. Remove boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Come for the mission..."? That's fluff but maybe part of about the role? It's not specific content? Might be considered filler but it's part of description. We need to keep substantive info: description of company, mission, role impact, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role / company overview: "HealthJoy is a Remote-first company, but the person in this position must reside in/near Boston, MA - with travel up to 50%." Then mission description: "Come for the mission. Stay for the experience..." but that's fluff. Then description of company: "We are an unbelievably talented, hard-working, and compassionate team driving towards a mission that impacts every single one of us - even you! Healthcare benefits are complex..." etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: list of duties: "Your impact. The Regional Vice President (RVP)-Mid Market (100-3K employees lives) is a proven sales contributor..." then bullet list of behaviors: "Our Sales Team Members Possess The Following Key Behaviors" then list of behaviors (You take a buyer-centric approach..., You build trust..., etc). Also "Our Regional Vice Presidents Clearly Exhibit strong tenacity..." then list of duties: "Possess strong sales discovery skills...", "Demonstrate executive presence...", "Comfortably engages...", "Willingness to step out...", "Develop their market...", "Articulate the HealthJoy cost-containment value proposition...", "Work in partnership within Sales...", "Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives...", "This includes broker prospecting, employer lead generation, qualifying opportunities, scheduling broker & employer onsite appointments, delivering presentations, understanding employer benefit challenges, developing solutions and proposals, forecasting, and overcoming objections.", "Demonstrate a deep understanding of the HealthJoy product offerings...", "Foster productive collaboration across various organizational levels and departments...", "Use Salesforce to track all opportunities, leads, activities, forecasts, etc.", "Able to learn the complexities of the healthcare, benefits and navigation industries, and can articulate and run demos using our technology." - Requirements: "Your experience. Minimum of (6) years of related field sales experience - ideally, we would like to see this experience as selling directly into benefit broker partners - we prefer backgrounds in healthcare navigation, employee benefits technology, virtual care services or healthcare data analytics as an alternative. Demonstrated success in broker channel sales, preferably in employee benefit solutions, with a track record of acquiring new brokerage partnerships. Experience selling to mid-market employers (100-3K employees) is a highly preferred Assertive self-starter with strong relationship management and negotiation skills; skilled at building trust and deepening partner relationships over time Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and revenue goals Strong interpersonal communication skills; excellent poise and presentation skills with a high level of proficiency selling into senior level management benefit brokerage environments Demonstrated proficiency with written and verbal communication Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Travel will consist of weekly/biweekly local meetings and out of town travel up to 2-3 times a month for 2-4 days in your assigned territory." - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements. But we can treat "Your experience." as Requirements. Qualifications maybe not separate. Could combine. - Skills: maybe list of key behaviors as skills. Could put under Skills. - Benefits: "In addition to cash compensation, HealthJoy offers a rich “Total Rewards” package that includes: Medical, Dental and vision insurance packages HSA contribution match Stock options for eligible roles 401k match Paid parental leave Company sponsored Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage Flexible PTO". Also "Commitment to Equal Pay" etc but that's boilerplate; we can keep benefits list. - Pay: "This role includes a base salary and commissions. In accordance with pay transparency laws, HealthJoy provides compensation information upon request. Interested candidates may email hr@healthjoy.com to receive details on the salary range for this position." Also "Total Rewards Job Level: 40 Job Level: 40" duplicate. Also mention that disclosed range estimate not adjusted for geographic differential. That's pay info but not specific numbers. Since we cannot include placeholder like "not specified" or "TBD". The posting does not give actual numbers, just says provide upon request. That's not a specific number; but we could still include a Pay section with that statement? The rule: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". The statement "HealthJoy provides compensation information upon request" is not a specific number, but it's real content about pay transparency. It's not a placeholder like "not specified". It's actual statement. So we can include Pay section with that sentence. - Schedule: travel requirement: "Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Travel will consist of weekly/biweekly local meetings and out of town travel up to 2-3 times a month for 2-4 days in your assigned territory." That's schedule info. Could be under Schedule section. We must not duplicate content. We'll create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Qualifications not needed if covered. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Minimum of (6) years of related field sales experience". Keep parentheses? We'll keep as is. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Come for the mission. Stay for the experience." maybe considered fluff but it's not boilerplate; it's part of marketing but maybe okay to keep? It's not specific duty. Could be considered filler but not prohibited. However we might keep it as part of About the role prose. Also remove duplicated lines like "Job Level: 40 Job Level: 40". Keep one. Also remove "Total Rewards Job Level: 40 Job Level: 40". We'll keep one mention of Job Level maybe not needed. It's not a heading; we can keep as prose but it's minor metadata; we could drop it as per instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can drop Job Level lines. Also remove "Interested candidates may email hr@healthjoy.com to receive details on the salary range for this position." That's application instruction? It's about pay info; but it's also a call to action. Might be considered application instruction. The instruction says remove application instructions. That line is basically telling how to get salary range. Might be considered application instruction. Safer to drop it? But we need to preserve substantive info about pay: "This role includes a base salary and commissions. In accordance with pay transparency laws, HealthJoy provides compensation information upon request." That's enough. The email line is application instruction; we can drop. Also remove "We are committed to fair and equitable pay practices and transparency in the hiring process." That's maybe boilerplate but still part of pay. Could keep as part of Pay section. Also remove "Commitment to Equal Pay" and "Commitment to Equal Opportunity" sections as they are EEO boilerplate. Remove. Also remove "Don’t meet every single requirement? We know the confidence gap..." etc. That's encouragement to apply; maybe application instruction; remove. Also remove "HealthJoy is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role and HealthJoy, we encourage you to apply." Remove. Now craft HTML. We'll have:
