Regional Vice President
Strategic Planning and Execution
The Vice President is responsible for developing programs and systems to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company's operations. They also oversee the management of clients to ensure customer satisfaction, identify potential issues leading to contract termination, and implement processes and systems to increase productivity and revenues.
Management and Leadership
- Develop and direct the management of District Managers to ensure operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, relevance, and utilization.
- Interact regularly with the executive team and individual department heads to align operational priorities with overall company direction.
- Investigate and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions to the Executive Director for consideration.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for their performance management and hiring.
Work Environment
- Operates primarily in a professional office environment.
- Visits sites including condominium high-rise buildings and home owner associations with potential food and beverage operations.
- May encounter moderate to loud noise and ongoing construction at sites.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
- Regularly talks and hears.
- Frequently stands, walks, uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaches with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lifts up to 25 lbs.
- Required to walk through properties to identify inconsistencies with company standards.
Education and Experience
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in Community Association Management.
- Must possess a strong managerial background.
- Must have or secure a CAI designation of CMCA or higher within 12 months from engagement by KW.
- Must have proficiency and working understanding of latest technologies, including Microsoft Office and Jenark software.
Other Duties
Employee is required to be flexible in work hours, including evenings and weekends, and able to respond to emergencies promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, financial statements, audits, regulations, or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Jenark software applications.
- Able to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.

Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.
