On-siteManufacturing$28–$32/hrFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. From posting: We have description of duties (operational duties, maintenance duties, supervisory responsibilities, decision making, communication & teamwork). That's responsibilities. Also qualifications: education, experience, etc. Also compensation: salary range $28-$32/hourly. Also working conditions maybe not a section but could be part of responsibilities? Not needed. Benefits not mentioned. Schedule: mentions travel, shift flexibility, day/night shifts, 12 hour shifts, emergency call-ins. That could be schedule. But we need to see if schedule content is specific enough: "This position requires significant travel, sometimes for extended periods of time - This can range from 1-2 weeks away from home at a time, all the way up to a month for extenuating circumstances." Also "This position requires the job holder to be able to work both day and night shifts as needed. This position requires the job holder to be able to work 12 hour shifts if needed. This position requires the job holder to be available for emergency call-ins or phone support." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Pay: we have salary range $28-$32/hourly. So include Pay. Benefits: none mentioned, so omit. Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, willingness to learn, ability to take instructions, operational experience, team mentality, traveling work role. Those could be skills. But we already have Qualifications section; we could combine skills into Qualifications or separate. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. That's four sections. Skills could be part of Qualifications. We'll not create separate Skills unless needed. We need headings:

for each section. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). Remove boilerplate etc. We need to extract duties and responsibilities into lists. Let's parse responsibilities: Essential Operational Duties and Responsibilities (list items): - Maintain complete operational coverage of the Veolia operated facilities in your designated region as vacations and unplanned absences arise. - Coverage will be required on both day shifts and night shifts as absences arise, requiring significant schedule flexibility. - Assist in the operational development of all local technicians within your designated region. Better to keep subheadings? But only allowed headings are h3 for sections. We could have multiple h3 sections: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Within Responsibilities we could have multiple

groups but each preceded by maybe a

      describing category? The instruction: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It doesn't forbid multiple lists under same section. So we can have Responsibilities section with multiple

          each preceded by a

describing the subcategory (like "Essential Operational Duties and Responsibilities:"). Similarly Qualifications section: list of qualifications. Pay section:

          with salary range. Schedule section:

with schedule items. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Let's extract Qualifications: General Education And Experience Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google equivalent required. - Strong mechanical aptitude preferred. - Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, required. - Willingness to learn and be able take instructions on Wastewater treatment processes - Operational experience of site specific equipment preferred, including: 3+ years of experience in Wastewater treatment plant operations or related field required. - Ability and desire to build and maintain a "team mentality" - Prior experience in a traveling work role preferred Also maybe "Strong mechanical aptitude preferred." etc. We'll put these as list. Now Schedule items: - Significant travel, sometimes for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks away from home, up to a month for extenuating circumstances). - Ability to work both day and night shifts as needed. - Ability to work 12 hour shifts if needed. - Availability for emergency call-ins or phone support. - Significant schedule flexibility required to cover vacations and unplanned absences (both day and night shifts). We could combine. Now Pay: salary range $28-$32/hourly. Now produce HTML. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft:
