Regional Trainer - Phoenixville, PA

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of training initiatives alongside Sales Managers and teams
• Aid in maintaining an annual training schedule across various product lines and welding technologies
• Cook up logistics for distributor training programs and ensure participant engagement
• Deliver engaging technical training through various methods including in-person and virtual sessions
• Tailor training approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and experience levels
• Serve as a regional technical advisor on welding processes and ITW products
• Collaborate on the development of training materials with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on welding experience, proficient in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW; CWI preferred
• Experience in training, sales enablement, or technical instruction; background in laser/automated welding is a plus
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills with excellent communication abilities
• Technical proficiency with ITW products, processes, and technologies, coupled with CRM/LMS familiarity
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to work independently while managing differing viewpoints
• Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles preferred
• Willingness to travel 40-60% throughout the region

$100,000 – $115,000 annually
