Regional Trade Manager - Civil, Large Markets

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Trade Manager - Civil, Large Markets to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee trade expansion efforts across large markets, with a focus on driving growth, profitability, and customer penetration in engineered product categories. The position partners closely with sales, category, purchasing, and marketing teams to align inventory, strengthen market presence, and support disciplined execution. You will also lead and develop a team of Technical Sales Consultants while building partnerships that create new business opportunities and measurable trade growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Develop annual financial and non-financial goals to support trade expansion Collaborate with sales, category, purchasing, and marketing teams to support inventory management Drive sales and ensure profitability across diverse engineered products Manage and develop a team of Technical Sales Consultants to meet trade metrics Create plans for new market penetration and customer base growth Establish industry partnerships to expand business opportunities Monitor KPIs and report insights to leadership to support continuous improvement Qualifications BS/BA in a related discipline required; advanced degrees preferred 7+ years of experience in trade expansion, with emphasis on MEP, Waterproofing, Safety, or Geotextiles Proven track record in sales and profitability in engineered products Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams Valid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is mandatory Benefits Collaborative work environment with cross-functional team support Opportunity for significant market impact through trade expansion efforts Access to professional development and training programs in related fields Frequent opportunities for travel, enhancing networking and learning experiences Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
