Regional Therapist (LSW) - Senior Care Options by Parker (Part time) #2544
Looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide in-home geriatric counseling in Middlesex County. Minimum of 16 client hours weekly. Free supervision for clinical hours with minimum caseload.

Hourly rate: $45.00

Requirements
- Master’s degree and valid LSW in the state of NJ required
- NJ driver’s license in good standing required
- Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred
- EHR knowledge preferred
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
