Regional SNF Dialysis Operations Manager
About the role
The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within a designated market or geographical region. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements
- Associate Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams
- Managed care and multi-site experience strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Experience with managing staffing, budget/P&L, direct people management of frontline Teammates
- Building relationships with various stakeholders

Pay
