Regional Service Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects, financial performance, and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules, project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex service applications.
• Create estimates and generate proposals.
• Enter projects, order parts, track parts, schedule labor internally and with customer, review completion of projects and coordinate billing.
• Enter service estimates, issue purchase orders, and generate work orders.
• Manage service projects from estimate to completion.
• Receive and qualify subcontractor proposals.
• Assist Sales in developing projects as needed.
• Communicate with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff; maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
• Ensure that all assigned staff and subcontractors work safely per Trane and OSHA policies.
• Less than 5% travel to customer job sites is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in project management, HVAC or related preferred.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with leadership principles are prioritized.
• Experience and knowledge in contracting processes and estimating associated with HVAC system installation and managing subcontractors preferred.
• Computer skills are essential.
• Highly organized and strongly customer service oriented.

Pay

Annual base salary range: $84,740.00 – $118,860.00 (salary type). Incentive eligible: Yes. Sales commission eligible: No.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday: work onsite with colleagues. Fridays: choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
