Regional Service Manager - Manhattan, NY

About the role

This role oversees field service operations across a defined region, ensuring strong customer outcomes, efficient service delivery, and disciplined execution against financial and operational goals. The Regional Service Manager serves as a key connector between customers, field teams, and internal partners while driving service quality and team performance. This position also plays an important role in developing talent, resolving technical issues, and maintaining compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare field service operations to meet customer and financial metrics
• Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction through effective service delivery
• Ensure compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices in all operations
• Recruit, train, and develop Customer Service Engineers (CSEs)
• Act as the primary communication point between customers and internal teams
• Oversee daily operations and resolve technical service issues promptly
• Conduct regular visits to maintain client relationships and operational oversight

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline, an advanced degree, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in a related field demonstrating successful key responsibilities
• Excellent organizational skills for overseeing diverse operations
• Superior verbal and written communication skills for multi-level stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in analyzing financial reports and interpreting data effectively
• Experience with analytical databases and complex Excel functionalities
• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging instruments preferred
• Experience managing remote teams preferred

Pay

$149,900 – $206,118 annually
