About the role
REMCO, a Smart Care Company, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead their field service team in the Huntsville, AL, market.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field service operations, technician scheduling, and workforce planning
- Partner with dispatch to maximize technician efficiency, schedule adherence, and contract completion
- Manage technician performance through coaching, mentoring, and accountability
- Support onboarding and training of new technicians
- Review operational metrics to improve service delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Investigate customer concerns and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure timely parts availability and delivery
Requirements
- Associate degree and minimum of two years of people management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R, restaurant equipment, hospitality or field service management experience
