Regional Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Candidate must reside in the assigned California or Arizona territory.
• Establish and implement an annual business plan aligned with Service organization and company objectives; provide periodic status updates.
• Develop business strategies and supportive programs for the service region.
• Manage regional activities to achieve budget targets, including revenue generation, expense control, inventory management at budgeted levels, and oversight of company assets.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and direct field service personnel in the region; monitor performance against targets and take corrective action as needed.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve customer satisfaction within the region.
• Ensure procedural compliance and patient safety in accordance with all regulations and standards.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external quality standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Directors to develop joint sales/service account strategies.
• Maintain contacts with major accounts in coordination with Sales Executives and Area Sales Directors.
• Conduct periodic field travel to sustain market awareness, employee monitoring, and key account relationships.
• Enable business development of targeted IDN/GPO accounts by supporting the Strategic Corporate Accounts team.

Qualifications

• Technical or business degree in a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a service role, with demonstrated success in implementing effective customer‑service solutions; medical‑device experience strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong technical background.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; SAP experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing more than 25 pounds.

Pay

Targeted pay range: $115,000 – $135,000. Base pay is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
