About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Supervisor for the Shenango Valley Market, covering Ellwood City, New Castle, and Zelienople. The position involves managing a team of Community Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive sales growth through effective door-to-door sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of 10 or more Community Sales Representatives to achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute door-to-door sales programs in new and existing markets, including identifying market segments, strategies, and sales tactics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align sales initiatives and support revenue growth.
  • Lead weekly and daily meetings to discuss KPIs, sales skills development, and team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the implementation of Omni Fiber's product offerings and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • At least one year of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Door-to-door sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state required auto insurance policy.
  • Ability to overcome objections and handle rejection.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for developing and supporting peers, strategy development, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar lead management software is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Minimum state required auto insurance policy.
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time, subject to change due to business needs.

  • $50K/YR base salary with uncapped commission.
