About the role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Supervisor for the Shenango Valley Market, covering Ellwood City, New Castle, and Zelienople. The position involves managing a team of Community Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive sales growth through effective door-to-door sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of 10 or more Community Sales Representatives to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Develop and execute door-to-door sales programs in new and existing markets, including identifying market segments, strategies, and sales tactics.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align sales initiatives and support revenue growth.
- Lead weekly and daily meetings to discuss KPIs, sales skills development, and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee the implementation of Omni Fiber's product offerings and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- At least one year of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Door-to-door sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to overcome objections and handle rejection.
- Proficiency in computer usage, including MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for developing and supporting peers, strategy development, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar lead management software is preferred.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Minimum state required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time, subject to change due to business needs.

Pay
