About the Role

Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
- Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.
Requirements
- A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred.
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.)
- Work and reside in the San Francisco, California Region (REQUIRED).
- Willing and able to work remotely (work from home).
- Cold Calling/Prospecting experience
- Customer service oriented.
- Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory.
- Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.
- Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset
- Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Generous base salary of $60,000 per year (and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses).
- Average second-year reps earn up to $90,000.00 per year.

Pay
