Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy
- Initiate contact with existing and potential customers
- Identify customer needs and sell appropriate merchandise
- Prepare sample packs of custom products for dealerships
- Create documents for order processing and travel reports
- Work with art department and order entry concerning current clients
- Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles
- Create customer supplier relationships
- Secure and place orders considering delivery dates and inventory levels
- Collect vendor quotes for Regional Account Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Necessary Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities include reading and interpreting documents, writing routine reports, speaking effectively, calculating figures, applying algebra and geometry, solving practical problems, making independent judgments, presenting ideas, communicating verbally and in writing, and maintaining work relationships
- Proficient software skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SalesLogix
