About the Role

As a Regional Sales Representative - Architectural, you will play a pivotal role in growing our market presence across your assigned territory by developing strategic partnerships with architects, designers, developers, contractors, and façade consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, general contractors, glazing contractors, and façade consultants across the assigned region.
  • Drive products into the basis of design (BOD) on targeted projects, securing specifications early in the design phase and protecting them through tender and construction.
  • Establish and manage key regional accounts, building trusted relationships with principals, design leaders, project architects, estimators, and project managers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, drafting, project management, estimating, and operations teams to develop solutions for complex façade applications.
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maximize project win rates.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across existing and emerging market segments.
  • Achieve regional sales, growth, and profitability targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels.
  • Support customer projects from specification through delivery and field support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' sales, specification, or business development experience in architectural products, façade systems, building envelope, or related industries.
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Proven success securing specifications and converting opportunities into project sales.
  • Experience working with architects, designers, glazing contractors, general contractors, and developers.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver commercial results.
  • Technical aptitude to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Experience developing territory plans, managing pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with façade systems, specification processes, and BIM/Revit environments is advantageous.
