Regional Sales Representative, AgRev - Liberty Center, OH

As a Regional Sales Representative based in Liberty Center, OH, you will work with our Sales & Marketing teams to exceed customer expectations by developing close partnerships and leveraging deep industry expertise. Position AgRevolution and AGCO’s core product brands as the brand of choice in your regional market.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned territory by traveling to existing and potential customer locations to conduct sales calls, meetings, surveys, equipment inspections, and demonstrations.
• Achieve sales volume, profit, and market share objectives.
• Assist customers with equipment recommendations, financial analysis, and problem-solving using technical and production analysis, performance specifications, technical literature, computer programs, and industry experience.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, applications, industry trends, selling skills, and product support to enhance sales performance.
• Participate in sales meetings and attend company-represented product and market training as scheduled.
• Engage in trade and industry association functions.
• Accurately maintain and submit all required sales and other documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Ag Business, or a related field or 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in large equipment or agricultural equipment sales.
• Proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets, and word processing programs.
• Demonstrated experience growing and developing sales and market share within a broad territory or product line.
