Regional Sales Operations Leader - West

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales support team with defined KPIs
• Optimize sales processes to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times
• Implement digital sales tools to automate tasks and support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Regional Sales VPs and Managers to drive business growth and effectiveness
• Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure effective execution with Operations and Customer Service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in sales or commercial organizations in the electrical industry
• Managerial experience is preferred
• General knowledge of power transmission & distribution products/systems is preferred
• Experience in business-to-business customer support is preferred
• Enhanced knowledge of SFDC, SAP, Empower, and relevant systems is required
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus are essential
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed

Pay

$119,000 – $190,400 annually
