Regional Sales Operations Analyst, US Sports Medicine
About the role
Join a high impact Sales Operations team where you will play a pivotal role in enabling regional sales leaders to focus on what matters most, driving growth and delivering value to customers.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary Sales Operations partner to an Area Vice President and regional sales leadership team
- Delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, insights and performance summaries to drive decision making
- Serving as the first point of contact for regional pricing requests and coordinating approvals with Finance and Sales leadership
- Partnering cross functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, IT and Sales Systems to resolve operational needs
- Tracking, managing and resolving operational requests while identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Driving compliance reviews and ensuring alignment with internal agreements and policies
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations or a related field
Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
Proven ability supporting sales leadership teams in a fast paced environment
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences or complex B2B environments is preferred
Exposure to pricing or contracting processes and advanced Excel or dashboarding tools is a plus

Remote based but need to be located in the following regions:

Benefits
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 USD annually (or hourly)
