The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales performance across multiple locations in the Western U.S. This person will be responsible for leading commercial roofing sales teams, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building a repeatable sales process across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop sales teams across multiple Western U.S. locations
  • Drive revenue growth across commercial re-roofing, service, maintenance, and new construction markets
  • Create and execute regional sales strategies focused on market share growth and margin performance
  • Coach sales representatives on prospecting, pipeline management, relationship building, and closing strategy
  • Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, activity expectations, and accountability measures
  • Partner closely with operations, estimating, service, and executive leadership to ensure strong project handoff and customer experience
  • Identify high-value accounts, national/regional customers, property owners, facility managers, general contractors, and building owners
  • Help build a disciplined, repeatable sales process across multiple branches
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top-performing commercial roofing sales talent
  • Monitor pipeline, forecasting, backlog, close rates, gross margin, and individual sales performance
  • Represent the company professionally in the market while building long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience preferred
  • 2+ years of sales leadership, branch leadership, or regional sales management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, including service, maintenance, re-roofing, and new construction
  • Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or territories is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing salespeople
  • Ability to coach both hunters and relationship-driven account managers
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, sales forecasting, margin discipline, and customer acquisition
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, private equity-backed environment
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, challenge, and hold people accountable
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Western U.S. as needed
