Job Summary

Techniseal, an Oldcastle APG Company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales of Techniseal product lines and related accessories. This role covers Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Job Location

This is a remote position requiring residency in the covered region.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain relationships with current customers to increase sales and revenue. - Identify and pursue new customers and market segments. - Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies. - Analyze market trends and develop action plans. - Prepare and report sales plans, including prospecting activity in SalesForce (CRM). - Collect and analyze dealer sales data, interpret buying cycles, and manage results. - Quote prices and present promotions. - Provide customer support through in-store, on-site demos, and training sessions. - Present products at local dealer events and trade shows.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education. - Two plus years of related experience managing a multi-million dollar territory. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualities. - Valid driver’s license. - Up to 75% travel. - Experience within the building materials industry. - Proficiency in navigating a Customer Relationship Management platform.

Compensation

- Base salary range of $80,000-$85,000 per year, with potential on-target earnings of $100,000 - $110,000. - Commission eligible. - Monthly auto allowance of $800. - 401(k) plan / group retirement savings program. - Short-term and long-term disability benefits. - Life insurance. - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - Paid time off. - Paid holidays.
