Regional Sales Manager - Tallahassee, Florida
Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new prospects to increase sales of Vitu's products and services. The candidate should have excellent communication, training, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. A clean driving record and current driver’s license are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess excellent communication, training, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
- Install and train new clients on the Vitu solution.
- Maintain client relationships, provide support, on-going training, technical information, and account management.
- Research and recommend new solutions, product, and service improvements.
- Ensure all proposals and scope of work are submitted accurately and in a timely manner to future customers.
- Maintain the input of client information, sales activity, required forms, proposals, and communication in NetSuite.
- Attend all team meetings and functions, including training sessions, and marketing events.
- This position requires travel of up to 100 miles.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Prefer 2-3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience.
- Automotive Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Must be creative and able to offer suggestions in how to achieve desired results.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company.
- Maintain awareness of business-related trends in the industry.
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs.
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
Compensation
- Target annual compensation for this role is $150k plus, comprised of: Base Salary: $68k-80k per year, paid in accordance with the company’s standard payroll schedule.
- Variable Incentive Compensation: Target of $75k plus per year, based on individual and company performance against predefined sales bonuses and commissions.
- Final compensation for this position will be determined based upon the applicant’s relevant experience, skillset, education, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
