Regional Sales Manager -South NJ

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager -South NJ to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead regional sales efforts across South New Jersey, with a focus on building demand, educating channel partners, and supporting customer decision-making around enterprise technology solutions. The position is highly relationship-driven and will work closely with integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users to advance opportunities from introduction through close. The ideal candidate will combine technical credibility with strong presentation skills to represent the company's solutions in the field and at industry events. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users about IP video and camera solutions Maintain strong relationships with prospects and current customers Arrange and execute product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars Collaborate with application development partners Recommend suitable camera solutions and product comparisons Participate in trade shows, seminars, academies, and webinars Prepare weekly sales reports on new and existing projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training 5+ years in a sales-driven position Strong technical background Fluency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent public speaking skills Benefits Opportunity to work with high-quality products Engage in a dynamic and collaborative work environment Exposure to industry events and trade shows Chance to build lasting relationships with clients and partners Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
