Regional Sales Manager – South-East (Remote)

About the role

Lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within the Aerospace & Defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by meeting or exceeding defined revenue goals
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to customer needs
• Travel for site visits, field events, and technical demonstrations
• Identify new opportunities and cultivate leads while managing the CRM pipeline
• Establish trust with key stakeholders across a diverse customer base
• Stay informed on competitors and market dynamics
• Become an expert in FLIR cameras, software, and infrared applications
• Support trade shows and field events to promote solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sales experience in data acquisition, test & measurement, or related technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, or Business degree with technical sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory effectively
• Technical aptitude for understanding and addressing customer needs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
