Regional Sales Manager ( RSM)

About the role

Zinix Incorporation is looking for an experienced, dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Regional Sales Manager for its stationery business who will be responsible for ensuring the desired growth of their assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, and guide the Sales Team to achieve the revenue budget of the company
• Establish Distributors & Sales Network by strengthening the existing ones
• Effective communication with dealers/distributors/key accounts in the markets
• Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities
• Establish the organizational/institutional business network for office stationery
• Distributor stock management
• Effective communication of any promotions/schemes to the trade and the team

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years
• Skills: sales management, sales management coaching, corporate sales, sales hiring, sales support, sales administration
