Regional Sales Manager - Home Infusion

About the role

AIC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Baltimore, Washington, DC & Northern VA. The ideal candidate is a difference maker with a strong track record of success and a persuasive sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in assigned territory by establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with key prospects and current customers.
• Promote and sell AIC’s Ig pharmacy infusion services to various customers, including doctors, nurses, referral coordinators, and assistants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target accounts recommended and strategized with the VP of Sales, as well as through traditional prospecting, cold calling, and follow-up on company-generated sales leads.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the AIC home infusion team to provide consistent in-home infusion services to patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven ability to exceed sales goals in a medical device, tissue, pharma, specialty pharmacy, or B2B product sales position.
• Preferred experience in neurology, allergy/immunology, pulmonary, transplant, and rheumatology fields.
• Preferred candidates have an existing book of relationships in the neurology/immunology field.
