Regional Sales Manager - Home Infusion
Job Summary
This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals in assigned territory by establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with key prospects and current customers to generate new business for the organization. This position requires a consultative sales approach to various customers, including doctors, nurses, referral coordinators, and assistants to promote and sell AIC’s Ig pharmacy infusion services.
About the Role
AIC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Northern VA. The ideal candidate should have an established track record of surpassing sales goals, particularly in selling Ig pharmacy services to specialties such as Neurology, Immunology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Transplant, and Rheumatology. Candidates must be able to travel throughout the territory, which includes the states of Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern VA.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals in assigned territory
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with key prospects and current customers
- Promote and sell AIC’s Ig pharmacy infusion services to various customers, including doctors, nurses, referral coordinators, and assistants
- Develop and implement strategies to target ideal customers
- Work closely with the VP of Sales to recommend and strategize target accounts
- Utilize company-generated sales leads for prospecting and follow-up
- Collaborate with the AIC home infusion team to ensure consistent delivery of patient-specific, specialized in-home infusion services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with two to four years related experience and/or training
- Minimum of 3 years of proven ability to exceed sales goals in a medical device, tissue, pharma, specialty pharmacy, or B2B product sales position
- Preferred experience in neurology/immunology field
- Existing book of relationships in the neurology/immunology field
- Ability to travel throughout the territory

- Heavy experienced sales support in the form of intake managers, AIC employed nurses, Medical Director, and additional pharmacy staff to work as partners to you and your physician offices
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Knowledge of immunoglobulin therapy and its applications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy industry
Benefits
Targeted Compensation: $200k+ which includes payment for each new patient start as well as residual monthly grams
Pay
$200k+ with uncapped commission structure
