Responsibilities
- Develops sales plans and coordinates marketing strategies for sales management team within assigned region/country wide for a given portfolio or TA
- Works with regional management to establish strategy and tactical approach for generating sales in support of corporate strategies and objectives
- Manages all aspects of regional business and optimizes marketing resources to drive sales results
- Cooks sales team, providing timely feedback, direction and guidance to ensure effective sales efforts
- Helps secure and maintain customers through high level customer contacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- 6-8 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with special focus on sales and/or marketing
- 3+ years experience in field sales
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
- Demonstrated leadership/team management experience
