Regional Sales Manager, Foot & Ankle - New England

What You Will Do

Lead, manage and develop the Stryker Lower Extremities Sales team.

Drive revenue and develop the top sales team in the Orthopedic marketplace.

Work in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze market information
• Identify and meet with new prospects
• Create sales plans and marketing strategies
• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and expenditures
• Make recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates
• Build ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff and surgeons
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams of sales associates
• Provide support during operating/emergency room consultations or for customer or account problems

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus
• 5+ years demonstrated successful sales experience (in the medical device or industry preferred)
• 2+ years of sales management experience and/or demonstrated ability to work with and lead others to accomplish sales goals
• Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)

Pay

Sales Base/Draw + commission: $125,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
