Job Description

Lead, manage and develop the Stryker Lower Extremities Sales team. As a Lower Extremities Sales Manager at Stryker, you are responsible for driving revenue and developing the top sales team in the Orthopedic marketplace. Your role involves analyzing market information, identifying and meeting with new prospects, creating sales plans and marketing strategies, preparing, monitoring, and managing budgets and expenditures, and providing recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates. Building ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff and surgeons, and internal relationships with your teams of sales associates, is also a key part of your responsibilities.

To excel in this position, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree a plus
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience (preferably in the medical device or industry)
• At least 2 years of sales management experience or demonstrated ability to work with and lead others to achieve sales goals
• Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)

Qualifications

Sales Base/Draw + commission: $125,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
