Regional Sales Manager-Atlanta

Location: Remote (Atlanta based) – This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
About the role
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating new sales leads and revenue by establishing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers in medium to large retail and e-commerce organizations. This role oversees the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing contracts—within a defined geographic territory. Success in this role requires resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to align customer goals with OnTrac’s logistics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships to drive revenue growth
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with customer goals
- Support onboarding of new clients to ensure volume commitments are met
- Manage daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with the Director of Mid-Market Sales on reporting, administrative tasks, and territory strategy
- Represent OnTrac at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
- Prepare and present business reviews, and follow through on action items
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Pay
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $84,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation.
