Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Establish a wide-reaching network of new logo opportunities in the employer market.
  • Implement strategies to secure short and long term revenue streams.
  • Work independently to secure meetings with potential new clients via inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
  • Represent WellRight at exhibitions and networking events.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, progressing prospects from lead to close.
  • Strong focus on maintaining high conversion rates and thorough qualification of prospects.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the Corporate Health & Wellbeing industry to enable consultative/collaborative and powerful client relationships.
  • Commitment to accurate CRM usage and reporting through Salesforce.
  • Commitment to usage of sales tools and technologies for day-to-day business operations.
  • Maintain a personal commitment to remaining completely up to date with all internal processes and policies department and company-wide.
  • Weekly personal forecasting

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience.
  • Ideal industry experience in digital healthcare, wellness and/or employer benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • SaaS/Industry experience preferable.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Experience with sales forecasting for multiple audiences.
  • Good track record of delivering results and working towards sales targets.
  • Clear, effective, and confident communicator with clients at different levels within an organization.
  • Travel up to 40% to multiple U.S. states.
