Regional Sales Coordinator
About the role
As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will support Fiserv sales organizations by reviewing sales and boarding information, coordinating across internal teams, and responding quickly to sales and management requests. You will work closely with business consultants and partners across Credit and Risk, Leasing, Boarding Operational Support, Product, Finance, and Training to help move merchant accounts efficiently through the account lifecycle and support consistent execution across sales stages.
Responsibilities
- Review sales data, boarding inputs, and related account information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Respond promptly to requests from sales and management teams to support day-to-day sales coordination and account servicing activities
- Clock in and out
- Coordinate timely and accurate communication with stakeholders involved in the merchant account lifecycle
- Support the sales team with administrative coordination across prospecting, discovery and solutioning, pricing and proposal, boarding, activation, and post-activation activities
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other supporting materials used to inform decisions and track progress
- Partner with business consultants and internal teams including Credit and Risk, Leasing, Boarding Operational Support, Product, Finance, and Training to resolve issues and support new account onboarding
- Build working knowledge of systems, processes, and cross-functional operations related to boarding and servicing merchant accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or administrative operations supporting internal or external stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience reviewing business information, resolving requests, and coordinating activities across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience using business systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook to manage information, prepare reports, and support communication
- Ability to work an assigned schedule of 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales teams in the financial services, payments, or merchant services industry
- Experience working with merchant onboarding, account servicing, or related operational processes
- Experience learning and using new business systems and tools in a structured environment
- Technical experience supporting system, process, or operational workflows
Skills
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$46,400.00 - $58,000.00 per year
Schedule
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
