Regional Safety Manager | Atlanta

This position supports operations across the Atlanta Metropolitan area, playing a key role in driving safety performance, partnering with field leadership, and ensuring consistent implementation of company EHS standards across construction projects in and around Atlanta. Based in the Atlanta area, the role offers the opportunity to work closely with operational teams, influence business-wide safety initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of a well-established organisation known for its strong culture and commitment to employee development.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership and oversight for health and safety programmes
• Support project teams in achieving compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site visits, audits, and risk assessments across multiple locations
• Review incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Develop strong relationships with field personnel and operational leaders
• Monitor safety performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to employees at all levels
• Champion a positive safety culture throughout the organisation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' EHS experience within construction environments
• Previous experience supporting excavation, utility, civil, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• ASP, CSP, or similar professional certifications preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the business

Pay

$135,000 - $150,000 per year
