Regional Safety, Compliance, and Loss Prevention Manager

For our client, a leader in the Transportation space, we are seeking a Regional Safety Compliance and Loss Prevention Manager to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a complex logistics environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Execute and enhance HSS programs across multiple fulfillment and warehouse sites
• Lead the recruitment and development of local safety and loss prevention teams
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements across the region
• Oversee comprehensive loss prevention strategies and shrink reduction initiatives
• Conduct facility audits and ensure consistent safety program execution

Requirements

• 7+ years in health and safety, loss prevention, or operations compliance
• 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams
• Multi-site experience in 3PL, eCommerce fulfillment, or distribution environments
• Proven expertise in loss prevention investigation and shrink management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and state safety regulations

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
