Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical direction and support to facilities, with a focus on quality patient care and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with facility staff and leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular facility visits to assess clinical operations and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility staff and leadership while building trust and credibility.
- Support facilities in navigating an evolving healthcare environment.
- Participate in regional and national committees to share best practices and promote excellence in patient care.
- Provide leadership and clinical expertise to support consistent standards of care across facilities.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinical leadership, quality improvement, or long-term care preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Able to travel to multiple facilities as required.
