Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical direction and support to facilities, with a focus on quality patient care and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with facility staff and leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular facility visits to assess clinical operations and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility staff and leadership while building trust and credibility.
  • Support facilities in navigating an evolving healthcare environment.
  • Participate in regional and national committees to share best practices and promote excellence in patient care.
  • Provide leadership and clinical expertise to support consistent standards of care across facilities.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, clinical leadership, quality improvement, or long-term care preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Able to travel to multiple facilities as required.
