Responsibilities
- Audit resident records for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with regulatory plans of correction
- Deliver training on policies and dementia care
- Promote and support wellness programs
- Provide virtual and on-site clinical consultations
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain regulatory adherence and clinical excellence
Requirements
- State-approved nursing degree
- Current RN licensure
- 5+ years of long-term care experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and provide on-call support
