Regional Risk Engineering Manager - Energy, US & Latin America
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the description.
Content:
- Description paragraph: "Provides regional leadership and management responsibility for Risk Engineering across the US and Latin America, with a primary focus on Energy and Construction occupancies and additional support for assigned lines of business. The role manages team resources and priorities while implementing global strategy, standards, procedures, technical guidance, and efficient workflows in a consistent and practical manner. The job holder serves as a key integration point across Risk Engineering, Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Finance, Product Line Management, and regional and global leadership to support underwriting, pricing, claims, portfolio, referral, and survey strategy decisions. Externally, the role represents Liberty with brokers, clients, broker Risk Engineering leaders, and industry stakeholders by developing bespoke client service plans, articulating Liberty’s technical value proposition, supporting business development, and strengthening market visibility through client engagement, conferences, technical presentations, industry papers, and thought leadership."
That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section.
- Background paragraph: "Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) offers specialty and commercial insurance and reinsurance products across key UK, European, Latin American, US, and other international locations. At Liberty Specialty Markets we create an environment where careers can flourish – a place for people to learn, grow, develop, and celebrate success. We recognize and encourage the values of diversity, inclusion and collaboration, working together to share our unique perspectives, make better decisions, deliver innovative solutions, and pursue our goals."
That's about company; could be "About Us" but we have sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Could include "About the company" but not in list. The allowed headings are limited to those given. However we can still include other headings? The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should likely stick to those. Probably we should only use those headings if content matches. So we have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe Requirements?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have Responsibilities list (bulleted). We have Qualifications (Preparation, Training and Experience). We have Skills maybe embedded in qualifications (communication, listening, Spanish/Portuguese beneficial, software). Could create Skills section.
We have Pay Philosophy paragraph about salary range etc. That's Pay section.
We have Benefits paragraph about benefits, workplace flexibility, professional development, ERGs, link. That's Benefits section.
Schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule heading.
We also have "About Us" but that's similar to Benefits? Actually the "About Us" paragraph includes Pay Philosophy and benefits etc. We'll separate.
We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. The tail includes Liberty Mutual is an equal opportunity employer... and Fair Chance Notices etc. Must remove that.
Also remove the link to benefits? The instruction says preserve all substantive information; the link is part of benefits description. Should we keep it? It's a URL; it's substantive. We'll keep as plain text maybe as ? Not specified but we can keep as plain text.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:

We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: The description about serving as key integration point appears both in description and responsibilities; we kept both but that's okay as it's substantive. We removed boilerplate: Liberty Specialty Markets background paragraph? Actually we didn't include that. The background paragraph about LSM offering specialty etc. That is substantive about company; but we don't have a section for "About the company". Could we include it under About the role? Might be considered part of About the role? The instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, etc. The background about LSM is not exactly about the role but about the company. Could we incorporate into About the role? It might be considered filler if we don't have a heading for it. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that somewhere. Perhaps we can add an "About the company" heading? Not in the list but maybe allowed as e.g. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not an exhaustive list. So we can add other headings if needed, as long as they are . However we should avoid creating sections with filler. The company background is substantive. So we can add a heading like "About Liberty Specialty Markets" or "About the Company". Let's add About the Company
.
We must ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. That's fine.
Now we need to include the background paragraph.
Let's add:
