We need to include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes description (first paragraph after Description). That could be "About the role". It contains substantive info. So we can have

containing that description. Responsibilities: there is a "Job Responsibilities" block with many bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We need to convert to

  • . Each sentence is a responsibility. We'll split by period? But careful not to split abbreviations. We'll just treat each sentence separated by a period as a list item. We'll need to ensure we keep content. Qualifications: there is "Qualifications Preparation, Training and Experience" then list of qualifications. We'll treat as

    Qualifications

The posting includes "Strong communication and listening skills", "Demonstrated ability in advanced-level risk evaluation, analysis, and strong marketing skills". Could be considered skills. However we might combine into Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section. But we need to decide. We also have Pay: there is "About Us Pay Philosophy:" which includes salary range description. That's specific content about pay. So we can have

Also remove "About Us" heading? We'll incorporate content into Benefits and Pay sections. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
