About the role

The registered nurse utilizes the nursing process and professional practice model to deliver patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. They coordinate care with other departments, adhere to nursing guidelines, and uphold organizational values, ethics, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice
• Maintain professional accountability and patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Follow established nursing protocols and organizational policies

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification
• Preferred: At least 1 year of acute care nursing experience, with 6 months recent experience
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical duties
