Regional Raw Procurement Manager(Mid West)- Grand Forks, ND

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Company policies, procedures and Union contracts are administered and followed in a fair and consistent manner.
• Ensure all raw product purchases are conducted in a manner that meets Company, State and Federal regulations.
• Direct the loss control program in area of accountability to reduce personal injury accidents, other losses, and to ensure a safe working environment.
• Cook up the raw product acquisition to attain the required volumes, grade, yield, cost control, quality and safety performance on a timely basis.
• Cook up and coordinate the contracting and open market purchases to ensure raw product supply and quality are within budgeted guidelines.
• Cook up and negotiate annual pre-season contracts to ensure raw product cost, quality and supply meet Food Group requirements.

Typical Education

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

• 5+ years related experience and/or training

Other Information

• Previous experience in potato production, purchasing and/or food processing preferred.
