Regional Quality & Benchmarking Specialist

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team works behind the scenes to ensure Amazon’s global delivery operations run smoothly. This role focuses on developing quality systems and improving maintenance performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement quality systems for RME
• Create risk-based forecasting tools for site maintenance leaders
• Define standard work procedures for maintenance quality and performance
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and validate PM processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-time, exempt-level maintenance or engineering experience
• 5+ years of managing and overseeing multiple large projects
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operations engineering tools

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience in Amazon RME (BB/3P)
• Preferred: Experience in Continuous Improvement and Program Management

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Base salary range: $119,600.00 - $161,700.00 USD annually

Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
