About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team are the business partners that work tirelessly behind the scenes to make it happen. We drive continuous improvement, and maintain all of the robotics and material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure our customers are met with the Amazon smile.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement quality systems for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME).
• Guide field teams in creating effective decision-making tools for site managers.
• Evaluate Fulfillment Center RME performance and implement best practices to improve reliability metrics year over year.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using AMS Standards and validate new company-wide Program Management (PM) processes that meet safety and effectiveness standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 5+ years of directly managing and being responsible for multiple large projects experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools.
• Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
• PMP certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates.

Pay

Base salary range for this position is $119,600.00 - $161,700.00 USD annually.

Schedule

Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
