About the role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Regional Property Supervisor (RPS) to oversee operations across multiple locations in Arizona and California. This full-time, in-person role involves managing real estate transactions, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Attract and educate potential tenants
- Address and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and enhance properties to maximize return on investment
- Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed promptly
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce rules and regulations for properties and associations
- Develop and execute strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals
- Oversee a team of employees across various locations
- Track performance metrics, offering coaching and feedback to team members
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Manage the leasing process, ensuring compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 regulations
- Maintain accurate records, including data entry and reporting
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all operational aspects
Requirements
- Experience in real estate management or a related field (recommended)
- In-depth knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
- Proven success in sales or business development
- Experience managing a team across multiple locations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze data effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software like Yardi or Buildium
- Experience in real estate administrative or legal administrative roles (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- 3-5 years of management experience

Pay
