Responsibilities

  • Overall successful management of a group of apartment communities under the direction of the Sr. Regional Property Manager
  • Responsible for the overall budget, operations, and management of leasing and service operations for growth, income, and cash flow while maintaining quality apartment units
  • Supervise, direct, and motivate Property Managers
  • Develop and attain production goals
  • Conduct all communications with our customers, prospects, applicants, residents, or coworkers in a manner consistent with the Company’s Customer Service Program and philosophy
  • Ensure adherence to all Company policies and procedures
  • Supervise and empower staff to achieve regional apartment goals as defined for the Region in the Company Business Plan
  • Achievement of Business Plan goals which include, but are not limited to quality apartment product, customer service, resident retention, quality turnover, apartment availability, occupancy, GRP, collections, efficiency of operations, and proper quality staffing

Maintenance and enhancement of the positive profitability of apartment operations, providing direction for the organization and implementation of staff meetings, promoting teamwork, maximizing rental revenue, and supervising the preparation of apartment property budgets.

Requirements

  • College degree with emphasis on business or real estate preferred
  • Eight (8) years in property management, five (5) years in apartment property management
  • Supervising full office and service operations; minimum of 3 years
  • Overall apartment property manager, including leasing and service operations for 1500+ apartment units
  • Efficient computer skills
  • Construction knowledge and experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing

Pay

Salary range: $117,832 - $125,008
