About the Role
We're looking for a Regional Project Manager with expertise in accessible design to join our team in the Ohio market. You'll report to our VP of Operations and be our second Project Manager in Ohio, engaging with and developing our network of Service Providers while managing installations in your region. This role is pivotal in improving the quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities by enabling them to live safely and independently at home. You'll oversee projects that prevent falls, reduce hospitalizations, and preserve dignity and autonomy for our clients—pioneering a new model of healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations.
- Coordinate between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
- Network Development & Management
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a network of qualified Service Providers throughout your region.
- Establish quality standards and ensure consistent service delivery across all contractors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.
- Quality Assurance & Client Experience
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and assessments throughout your region.
- Implement corrective actions when installations don't meet standards.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction field work, residential construction preferred.
- 5+ years working in residential management.
- Experience with home modifications (e.g., bathrooms, ramps) is a plus.
- Must reside in Ohio with the ability to travel 50% of the time within the state.
- Work from home the remainder of the work week.

Pay
Compensation range: $80,000–$90,000/year + company equity.
