Construction Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Boston, MA.

About the role

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality standards
• Lead project meetings, report progress, and resolve issues proactively

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management within the commercial real estate sector
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently
