Regional Program Director - The Little Gym

Regional Program Director covering multiple locations in the Charlotte area (including Steele Creek and Providence).

About the role

Reinforce and lead The Little Gym’s Core Values and Mission Statement, ensuring accurate and professional communication of our philosophy and program to both team members and customers. This position oversees multiple locations, with teaching as the primary responsibility—you’ll deliver amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes using The Little Gym’s curriculum and teaching method.
• Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff, focusing on curriculum leadership.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure high-quality class instruction.
• Engage in public speaking to share knowledge of all programs and events.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experiences, treating members like family.
• Assist the Gym Director in analyzing key business indicators to drive enrollment and financial growth.
• Handle office tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, texts, and walk-in inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by thoroughly cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Love for having fun, enthusiasm for high-energy interactions, and ability to engage like a child (background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus).
• Strong service orientation—making others feel good is a priority.
• Ability to connect well with both children and parents.
• Balance of fun and professionalism—knowing when to focus and get work done.

Pay

$50,000 per year

Somersault Operating, the franchise owner, operates 31 The Little Gym locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA) and is expanding with new locations in the coming years.
